How to calculate your Chick-fil-A meal

Choose an item from one of the 18 official categories, then choose its listed serving and a quantity from 1 to 99. A quantity of 2 means two of that exact portion, not two individual nuggets. Each nutrient is the published value for that row multiplied by quantity; meal totals add every selected row.

Quick meals are combinations of items, not additional official meal records. The 8-nugget, medium-fries and medium-lemonade combination is 250 + 420 + 260 = 930 kcal. Selecting a combination replaces your current meal; you can then change sizes, add sauce or remove items.

Salads use the entire published chicken recipe. Do not add its chicken again unless you want an extra portion. Dressing and topping entries add extra servings to the published recipe; they do not replace or remove included components. The archived table does not itemize all salad components. Kid’s Meals entries describe the entrée only; sides and drinks must be added. Repeated entries in the official categories remain available.

How many calories are in a Chick-fil-A sandwich meal?

How does the Chick-fil-A Cobb salad nutrition calculator work?

Search Cobb salad and select the exact chicken recipe. The archived Cobb Salad w/ Nuggets row is 830 kcal (411 g). Use that whole published recipe as listed. The archived table does not itemize its included dressing and toppings, so selecting a dressing adds an extra serving; it does not replace anything already in the salad.

Yes. Your selected official servings and quantities are stored in the meal URL parameter. Copy the meal link to reopen the same choices. No account is needed.

Official data and serving rules

All 371 selectable portions come from the same archived Chick-fil-A US nutrition guide, retrieved October 26, 2026, and checked in the menu archive October 27. This tool uses that snapshot throughout; individual product pages may reflect an earlier snapshot.

The published gram weight defines the serving, including trays and catering drinks. A row named “Gallon” is the listed serving weight, not nutrition for an entire gallon. No unlisted size, topping removal or custom fraction is estimated here.

Calories display as whole kcal; grams and milligrams use at most one decimal place. Calculations use unrounded source values. “Not published” means the archive lacks that nutrient; it does not mean zero. If any selected row lacks a nutrient, its meal total is also “Not published.”

Nutrition values describe standard recipes and can vary by preparation, location and availability. Check the restaurant for current ingredients and allergens. General nutrition information, not medical advice.
